History of APICS Santa Clara Valley Chapter

The Santa Clara Valley Chapter was founded in 1968 and incorporated in 1981.
We are one of the largest chapters in the APICS North America network of 270 chapters.
We are an excellent source for networking via regularly held professional development meetings.
We provide Instructor-led certification review classes that help candidates prepare for the nationally accredited CPIM/CIRM examinations.
Our newsletter helps keep abreast of issues and local information in the resource management industry.
We conduct plant tours that provide tremendous insight into resource management operations and trend.
We provide leadership opportunities that enable members to gain skills in areas outside their daily activities that enhance career growth and increase marketability.
We also list various employment positions being offered by employers, and third party agencies on our website.
We organize study groups and meetings with allied organizations that enable members to develop personal relationships and share ideas and experiences.
