Santa Clara APICS Exam Schedule
| APICS
offers computer-based testing (CBT) for all exams. All appointments
must be made at least 48 hours before the desired test date. A candidate
may make an appointment as much as 60 days in advance of the test
date. Testing time are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Some
periods of the year may be heavily booked. Call to schedule your appointment
well in advance of the date you wish to take the exam. Or if you prefer
you can also register on line. Either way you are the only one who
can schedule the exam so create a deadline for yourself and schedule
the exam as close to the sixty day point as possible. |

Exams
for all 5 modules in CPIM are offered daily with some weekend and
evening hours. Before you register to take your CPIM exams, please
purchase and review a CPIM Exam Content Manual. This manual provides
a detailed outline, list of terms, concepts, references, practice
questions, and similar information on all modules. Download the 2008
CPIM Registration Bulletin for information on domestic (United
States, Canada, and Mexico) CPIM exam modules and testing procedures. |

| 1.
Obtain your APICS Customer Number |
| |
If
you are already an APICS member, your membership number is your APICS
customer number. If you just joined APICS, please wait until you receive
your membership card in the mail before calling to schedule an exam
to ensure the number has been processed and transferred to Pearson VUE
testing centers.
If you are not an APICS member and have never dealt with APICS, call
APICS customer service to have a customer number assigned to you.
Please allow one week before you call to schedule an exam appointment
to ensure your customer number is on file at Pearson VUE testing centers.
Your customer number stays with you throughout the certification process.
Please keep it on file and use it whenever you register for exams
or order materials. |

APICS customer number
Your method of payment - Credit card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express,
or Discover) Please note: credit cards will be charged the day of
registration - not exam date
Current APICS voucher
Guaranteed form of payment to be remitted onsite: money order or certified
check.
Your choices: Name of the exam , Date of the exam,
Location of the testing center.
Your Location: Mailing address, Fax number, E-mail

Check your confirmation card/receipt when it arrives |
| Pearson VUE
customer care will provide a confirmation card /receipt via fax or
e-mail within 48 hours of registration. If you would like your card/receipt
via mail, please inform the Pearson VUE customer care representative.
If any information on the confirmation card/receipt is incorrect,
call Pearson VUE customer care immediately. The confirmation card is
your receipt for payment. Keep it in a safe place. |
