SCVC is pleased to bring you the new Lean Enterprise Workshop Series, a 28 hour course which follows a Lean Transformation Roadmap created by authors which includes: Seven instructor-led workshops, Four contact hours each, including one hour of interactive exercises per workshop, The creation of a draft implementation plan for the participant's company, Incorporates a variety of tools, games, and visual aides Case study used throughout all workshops.

SCVC is the only Chapter, in the Bay Area, whose instructors were trained to teach this workshop by the author/mentor of the course and sponsored by APICS.

Learners will conduct analyses of issues; review methods to reduce lead-times and excess inventory; participate in continuous improvement exercises (kaizen); map the value stream and draft a lean implementation plan for their own organizations.

The Murphy's Toys case study model enables instructors to customize the material for specific organizations and industries.
