Taught by Mel and Sue Nelson, this course prepares professionals to teach adult training and development courses as well as improving their professional presentation skills in their day to day presentation skill needs.

Seminar Details:
The goal of the workshop is to provide instruction and practice in training techniques for new instructors, those who desire to become instructors and those who would like to refresh and practice their interactive training skills. The typical student will acquire significant improvement in presentation skills, the ability to plan and manage a classroom lesson and the confidence to make a successful presentation. The attendee will leave with the understanding and basic ability to deal with multiple personalities and apply these newly found skills immediately.
The workshop will be taught over two consecutive eight hour days. Train the Trainer's eight lessons provide participants with a successful and workable methodology that can be applied in teaching, or presenting, any subject. The participant will make several presentations which will be videotaped and critiqued. Participants are encouraged to use work related topics if they so choose.
